1. How to measure the size of the box?

The correct order of dimensions is length x width x depth. Place the carton in front of you with the open end facing up. Length is the longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.

2. How soon can I get a quote?

For most projects, we can provide you with a quote within 24 hours once we know the carton style, dimensions, board type (including thickness), printing requirements and quantity.

 3. How long will it take to receive my product?

Generally, it takes us 2 weeks to produce your custom designed and printed product.

4. Can I have custom designed and made packaging boxes?

We are a custom made company. We design and build each project to the needs of the individual client. All of our boxes are customized to your artwork and packaging needs.

5. Can I get samples?

Yes, on some in-stock items. However, a nominal shipping fee will be charged. Some items are not included in our sample programs. We can provide samples according to your artwork and packaging needs, but the box fee and estimated shipping cost will need to be paid. Sample production usually takes one week.

6. Do you sell any other products not listed in the online catalog?

We sell over 6000 different types of corrugated packaging products and we are continually adding new items to our website.

7. Do you have a price catalog?

We are a professional corrugated cardboard printing and packaging manufacturer. All our packaging products are customized according to your requirements and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.
